RateScan Driver App

Having trouble with the mobile app? Here are some common solutions:

  • Location not updating? Make sure location permissions are set to "Always" in your device settings.
  • Can't log in? Contact your dispatcher to verify your account is set up correctly.
  • Battery draining fast? Use Normal mode instead of Real-time mode when not needed.
  • App crashing? Try uninstalling and reinstalling the app from the App Store or Google Play.
